Life Skills Development
At Extra Care, we develop individualised support plans that build practical life skills such as, personal hygiene, decision-making, problem-solving, and effective communication, empowering individuals working towards an independent future.
Community Engagement
We promote active community participation to build self-esteem, and support personal growth. We facilitate group activities to enhance the emotional and physical wellbeing of children and young adults.
